Weekly Group Workout Schedule:
Join Coach Celia and the team for fun and challenging workouts to help you learn multi-sport or improve your times:
  • MONDAY - 6:00AM - Spinning Class at Total Fitness.
  • MONDAY - 7:00AM - Pool swim at Total Fitness.
  • MONDAY - 5:00PM - Open water swim at Fred Howard Park Beach in Tarpon Springs (April - September).
  • MONDAY - 6:30PM - Spinning Class at Total Fitness.
  • TUESDAY - 5:30AM - Runvie Track at Safety Harbor Middle School.
  • TUESDAY - 6:00AM - Masters Swim Class at Total Fitness.
  • TUESDAY - 6:00AM - Spinning Class at Total Fitness.
  • WEDNESDAY - 5:30AM - TrackMill at Total Fitness. Want to get fast on the run? Run for QUALITY miles not quantity of miles. And run with PURPOSE.
  • WEDNESDAY - 6:00AM - Spinning Class at Total Fitness.
  • WEDNESDAY - 6:30AM - Track at Safety Harbor Middle School.
  • WEDNESDAY - 7:00AM - Swim at Total Fitness pool for speed.
  • THURSDAY - 6:00AM - Masters Swim Class at Total Fitness.
  • THURSDAY - 6:00PM - Spinning Class at Total Fitness.
  • FRIDAY - 6:00AM - Spinning Class at Total Fitness.
  • FRIDAY - 7:00AM - Swim at TF & Run after 8:15 from golf green.
  • SATURDAY - 7:00AM - Runvie Run Group Run.
  • SATURDAY - 8:00AM - At Chainwheel Drive in Palm Harbor, select the group from Suncoast cycling to ride with for the day.
  • SUNDAY - 8:00AM - Cuban Missile Crisis at Total Fitness or Celia's Home Start with a 30 minute run 1st then a 90 minute Ride up Trouble Creek and back, then run 30 minutes & finish with smoothies or hot chocolate.
